Richmond Elementary PTA’s mission is to enrich each child’s educational experience and to advocate for the education, health, safety, and well being of all children through PTA programs, events, classroom and teacher support, and PPS community participation.
The Richmond PTA is a recognized member of the state and national PTA. The Richmond PTA provides families with community-building activities, educational enrichment events, and fundraisers to enhance the environment at school and to work toward achieving our academic goals as set by the principal, staff, and site council.

PTA & Oya No Kai
At Richmond we have two parent groups: the PTA and Oya No Kai. The PTA provides teacher support, while enriching the student experience and Oya No Kai enhances the cultural experience in the Japanese immersion program.
