The 2016 PTA Spring Festival is Saturday, May 14 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. We have lots of fun planned this year with a selection of Japanese foods for purchase, lovely goods to purchase from local vendors, class performances, Japanese plants, games, and BOUNCY HOUSES.
This is a completely volunteer-run event – it takes many, many volunteers to make the fun happen for our children and community! We have many roles to fill so please consider signing up today!
Here’s how you can sign up:
1) Click on or copy and paste this link in your browser to see our Sign-up on VolunteerSpot: http://vols.pt/5nNqZ1
2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.
3) Sign up! It’s Easy – you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on VolunteerSpot.
FYI: The performance schedule will be similar to last year, opening with the Richmond Band at 11 AM – followed by the kinders at 11:30 and each grade level following by the half hour.
Please let us know if you have questions about any of the volunteer opportunities or the festival itself. If you are interested in one of the individual roles, please directly contact our Volunteer Coordinator: Kate Fleming, [email protected].
Also, WRIST BANDS will be $12 each for “all access, all day”! Save yourself the wait in line and pre-purchase your bands at Our Square Store, or find us near Rich Coffee beginning Monday morning May 9th!
